The Aloha Unit:
Upstairs two bedrooms with loft

This four bedroom house (all queen beds) with a loft with two twin beds is also a duplex which can be rented separately, upstairs and downstairs. Both units have full kitchens, dining rooms and living rooms, and a lanai or patio. Each unit has two bathrooms.

The house is furnished with comfortable rattan with a 27" cable TV, VCR, CD player, small library for your enjoyment. A large extensively landscaped yard is full of fruit trees, banana, citrus, and papaya, and beautiful flowers of hibiscus, heliconia, ginger, plumeria and other tropicals. Available for your use are beach chairs, mats, towels and a outdoor shower.

The Bali Hai Unit:
Downstairs two bedrooms

Downstairs unit with two bedrooms that almost mirror each other in size and conformation, both have queen beds and a private bath with tub/shower. Full kitchen with gas range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all utensils of pots, pans and dishes. Living and dining areas with bamboo furnishings, patio with table and chairs and lounges with a view of the mountains full of cascading waterfalls and the flowering garden.

Rates:
Whole House: is $2400 per week, plus tax of 11.4%, plus deposit of $600 which we withhold $250 -300 for cleaning (See Policy).

Aloha Unit:
Upstairs Only - $1250 per week for up to 6 people , plus tax 11.4%, plus $300 deposit of which we withhold $125 - $150 for cleaning (See Policy).

Bali Hai Unit:
Downstairs only - $1150 per week for up to 4 people , plus tax 11.4%, plus $300 deposit of which we withhold $125 - $150 for cleaning (See Policy).

Hale Steward

Hale Steward’s Main House…has three bedrooms and three bathrooms all situated to enjoy the views from every angle, there are 38 windows and doors! The Master bedroom features a king sized four poster bed, and the entire house is decorated with unique Hawaiian art, Grandpa’s antiques and furnished with warm, rich exotic woods.

Built on the edge of the Kalihiwai Ridge, the sounds at night are of the waterfall, river and the ocean’s roar.
Hale Steward’s Main House is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy life’s simple pleasures…with a couple of friends, or the entire family.

Hale Steward’s Honeymoon Cottage…this sweet little house was designed exactly like the main house with high scissor ceilings, and warm wooded walls, ceiling fans and Spanish tile floors. Bar-b-Que and dine under the stars at the edge of a rainforest.
