As you will note, the out-clean fee does vary with the size of the unit. When you depart, a professional cleaning service will come in to wash balance of the linens and towels to prepare for the next guests. We expect the rental unit to be left in a “neat” condition. These charges are subject to change because of changes in staff. We will take more out of the deposit for cleaning if there is unnecessary cleaning. Also late check-outs will be charged extra unless prior permission.

A security/damage/cleaning deposit is required at least 10 days after booking your reservation. Refunds will come within one to three weeks after departure, less cleaning, unnecessary cleaning, missing items, damages that exceed normal wear and tear.

All rent is to be paid in Cash, Travelers Checks or Personal or Business Checks within 60 days prior to arrival unless otherwise arrangements are made with this agency.

Notification of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee from the beginning of the deposit. Cancellation notification of less than 60 days results in forfeiture of full deposit and monies already paid. Guests are responsible for the entire time booked. No rental refunds are given for early departure or late cancellation unless the unit is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the unit.

The key to your vacation accommodations is located either in the house or you will be sent directions with confirmation letter and map when you are paid.

Most all of the units are on the North Shore of Kauai from Kilauea to Haena. All of the units are equipped with towels, linens, kitchen pots and pans and appliances, color TV's. Most include washer/dryer access, telephone, microwaves. Specific information is available upon request.
